01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 5bme ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the 5bme website, mobile platform, games, promotions, payment services, and all associated features.

By completing registration on the 5bme platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their contents, and that you agree to comply with them without reservation. Your continued use of the 5bme platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

03 Account Registration & Security

3 .1 Registration Requirements

You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times. Required registration information includes, but is not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number.

3.3 KYC Verification

5bme operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme in line with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit copies of one or more of the following: a government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's licence, or UMID), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. 3.4 Account Accuracy

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5bme accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available in the Philippines: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. 5bme reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. All deposits must be funded from a payment method registered in your own name. 5bme does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits are credited to your 5bme wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. 5bme is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. 5bme processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the platform's FAQ section, which may vary by payment method. 5bme reserves the right to conduct additional identity and fraud checks before processing any withdrawal. Where a deposit is made in a foreign currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Any currency conversion fees imposed by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 5bme are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits are stated in each promotion's specific terms. 5bme reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings if wagering requirements have not been met within the specified period.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

5bme employs monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus structures, and the use of third-party software to manipulate bonus outcomes. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be subject to immediate suspension, forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and potential permanent closure.

5.4 Promotional Changes

5bme reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of modification will be subject to the terms that were in effect at the time of their opt-in, provided those terms do not impose disproportionate obligations on 5bme.

06 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 5bme platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the 5bme platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information at any point during registration, verification, or ongoing use of the platform.
• Using the platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Accessing the platform using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to gain an unfair advantage.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 Suspension by 5bme

5bme reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reason to believe that: the account holder has breached these Terms; the account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes; the account holder has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or the security of the account has been compromised.

11.2 Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your 5bme account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure, subject to satisfaction of all applicable conditions, will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access the 5bme platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution provisions — shall continue to apply after termination.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13 Amendments to These Terms

5bme reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will take effect from the date published on the platform. Your continued use of the 5bme platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
